Nat Faxon


Nat Faxon hails from Boston, Massachusetts. After graduating from Hamilton College in upstate New York with a degree in Theater, Nat made his way to Los Angeles to pursue acting. In 2011, Nat Faxon and fellow Groundling alumn Jim Rash won the Academy Award for Best Adapted Screenplay for THE DESCENDENTS. The two also wrote the original screenplay for the critcally acclaimed movie THE WAY WAY BACK which Faxon also directed and acted in. Nat has appeared in numerous films including ORANGE COUNTY, WALK HARD: THE DEWEY COX STORY, BAD TEACHER, BEERFEST, ZOOKEEPER and CLUB DREAD. Nat is well known for his starring role on the FOX comedy series BEN & KATE and his other televison credits include MAD MEN, NCIS, REBA, THE WEST WING, RENO 911, THE CLEAVELAND SHOW, JOEY and UP ALL NIGHT. He and Jim Rash are working on another original screenplay as well as developing a show with HBO that they plan to write and star in.
