Jim received a WGA Award nomination for his writing on Saturday Night Live, and wrote for Warner Brothers' Looney Tunes Show on Cartoon Network. As a performer, he was a series regular on Super Dave's Spike Tacular and VH-1's prank show BSTV. He also has recurred as 'Alan', the much abused Tonight Show writer, and "Gil Smith" on IFC's The Minor Accomplishments of Jackie Woodman. His other TV credits include Conan, Tosh.0, Worst Week, Frank TV, Just Shoot Me, The Late Late Show, Hidden Hills, and Larry Miller's pilot Uncommon Sense. Jim can be seen on the internet in the web series Bandwagon (playing a fictional character who happens to be named 'Jim Cashman') and Mike Loprete's series Psychology for Dummies. On stage, he played 'Vice Principal Panch' in the 1st National Tour of the Tony Award winning Broadway musical The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee. In that show, he performed alongside his beautiful wife, Michelle Noh, who graciously shares him with the Groundlings.
