Tye was born and raised in Anderson, Indiana…Yes, THE Anderson, Indiana, - Home of the World’s 2nd Largest High School Basketball Gymnasium! He was a bit of a class clown in High School, where his class awarded him “Most Likely to be the Next Arsenio Hall.” Sooo, he’s got THAT going for him. After High School, Tye traveled 3 miles down the road to Anderson University, where he played Tennis and Socialized for 4 years, while earning his BA in Broadcasting. After College, Tye headed out for Los Angeles, but got sidetracked and ended up in Nashville, then Tulsa. But he finally made it to LA, where all of his dreams have come…to be glued to his gold vision board. (Dreams coming true to date… 20% and counting!) Tye can be seen in the animated feature film Hoodwinked, as well as numerous Independent Films, Commercials, Short Films, and Web series. Tye was a proud member of the LA sketch group "The After Dinner Mints", and also Co-Hosted The Sports Arena, a Sports Radio Talk show with his Dad for over 10 years. So YES, he does know a thing or two about Sports. Another thing he knows about…is how much love he feels for the Groundlings, and how truly honored he is to be in the Sunday Company.
