Alicia Simmons-Miracle was born and raised in Newark, New Jersey and studied Theater at William Paterson University. She later attended the American Conservatory Theater Summer Training Congress. While living in the San Francisco area she performed in Theater Works Productions. Upon moving to Los Angeles, Alicia embarked on her career in stand up comedy. She has appeared at the Laugh Factory’s Chocolate Sundays, the Comedy Union, the Ha Ha Cafe, the Comedy Store, the Ice House and the Hollywood Improv. Alicia has appeared in main stage productions at The Actors’ Gang as well as their annual summer Shakespeare in the Park for children. She is honored to join The Groundlings Sunday Company. She’s ready to play!
