Selyna grew up in the North Shore suburbs of Chicago, where she was involved in the Second City Teen Program. She came to LA to continue her education at the American Musical and Dramatic Academy. After graduating with a certificate in musical theatre, Selyna found her true passion at the Groundlings, where she still performs with sketch group, The Gym. Selyna has received an option offer for his first screenplay, HAZED and won the top 5% for the Warner Brothers Spec competition. Selyna is excited to premiere her first original musical, Comedy School: The Musical, next year. Selyna has written for MTV’s Ridiculousness and the 2014 CBS diversity workshop.
