TNMB: Charles

Thursday June 26th @ 10pm

A cerebral and imaginative duo from Seattle, Charles will take you down a wormhole of interwoven worlds. You might see two Glockenspiel clockmen debate the existence of freewill, or a pair of 19th century gentlemen play Jenga by mail. The show is intelligent without sacrificing accessibility, as Charles seamlessly combines highbrow and lowbrow sensibilities into a brand of humor they call unibrow.  Charles (aka Chuck Armstrong & Charlie Stockman) have performed to critical acclaim throughout North America, including at the San Francisco, Seattle, Chicago, and Toronto Sketchfests; UCB Los Angeles; the PIT NYC; and the Comedy Central Stage Hollywood. Winners of "Best Writing" and "Best Sketch Comedy" at the 2012 LA Comedy Festival, and Grand Prize Winners at the 2013 Seattle Comedy Film Challenge for their film More Rock, Less Talk.  “These absolutely brilliant writer performers made the audience howl”  – Centerstage Chicago  “These two guys are smart as whips… clearly something well-thought, deliberate, and deeply clever was going on.”  – Seattlest.com  “Sketch comic comrades Charlie and Chuck serve up a hyperliterate, design-savvy batch of skits… The writing is hip and dilettante in the best possible way… These are highly trained professionals, people, and this is seriously good comedy.” – CultureVultureVictoria.com  For More Info: http://CharlesComedy.net http://facebook.com/CharlesComedy ~~~~ Cast List:  Written and performed by:  Chuck Armstrong  Charlie Stockman  ~~~~ ABSOLUTELY NO LATE SEATING No Refunds or Exchanges 16 and over only.   Management reserves the right to refuse admittance to anyone who appears younger than 16 years of age with no ticket refund or exchange.Cast is subject to change. $1 service charge included in ticket price. Show Duration: 1hr  If a show is SOLD OUT online, that means ALL tickets have been issued.
